Downtown Denver Wedding at The Curtis Hotel

When I first worked Marcy and Ben, it was during their engagement photos, and let me tell you, it was such a fun evening! Their unique quirkiness and the love binding them together was impossible to miss. I love it when couples bring their own personalities and energy to the shoot, and Marcy and Ben definitely did just that.

Their love story is just as sweet as they are. Meeting through a CrossFit gym and having mutual friends, their paths didn’t cross often at first. Ben was also a patient at the chiropractic office where Marcy was working while she went to massage school. Ben saw Marcy at a charity golf tournament, but didn’t quite want to make a move, so he said to himself “Next time I see Marcy, I’m asking her out”. Then Covid hit and his opportunity dwindled.. So he boldly slid into her DMs instead. They finally went on their first date. They hit it off! BUT Marcy had was busy with final exams and had to put off the second date for a bit. Although Marcy worried that Ben might think she is blowing him off, In Ben’s mind, he would have waited even longer to get that second date.

Fast forward to their wedding day in downtown Denver at the Curtis Hotel, and it was a loving, fun celebration with so many laughs. It was an honor to capture their special day and be a part of their love story.
