A Relaxed Wedding Day That Turned Into One Hell of a Celebration at The Wellshire
The first thing I noticed was how Rachel and Ben’s families and friends really took the initiative to give them the chance to feel as relaxed and calm as possible. As a Denver wedding photographer, of course that doesn’t take ALL the nerves away, but it was really great to see the selflessness of their loved ones.
Rachel and Ben started dating around 2021, and a few years later their relationship led them all the way to Germany, where Ben proposed. The wedding itself felt so grounded and relaxed to me. They really seemed to care most about being present, leaving space to mingle with all their guests, and feeling as free as you can on a wedding day. I think they did an awesome job at doing so.
Once the band started, seeing everyone light up with dancing and pure enjoyment was one of my favorite parts of the day.
