Ronea and Vaughn’s wedding at the Wellshire felt easy in the best way. Nothing rushed. Nothing forced. Just a day that unfolded the way it was meant to.

It started the way a lot of relationships do these days. Tinder. Something they laugh about now, mostly because it worked.

They met in her hometown while he was in college. And the day after he graduated, they packed up and moved halfway across the country to Virginia. Not just a slow build, but a real decision. The kind you only make when you know.

Their engagement felt the same way. December 23rd. Dinner with his family. No long lead up. Just a moment she didn’t see coming. The kind of surprise that lands because it’s real, not because it’s planned to be impressive.

That same feeling carried into their wedding day. It was intimate. Laidback. Special for me to witness. There wasn’t a sense of performance to it. No pressure to turn it into something it wasn’t.
